This is a great story about a 16-year-old dude kicking butt in the kitchen… now Flynn McGarry is about to open his own kitchen in NYC! I dunno about you, but I don’t think I was doing anything productive at that age — maybe fawning over boys and gossiping.
Even though I’m a bit past 16, it’s inspiring to feel what a single human can achieve when you put your heart and love into it, the options are boundless! I certainly don’t wish to open a restaurant in NYC, but I do plan to grow Blissy Up and write a whole bunch more, all the while being blissfully location independent!
Ashley is exuberant about location independence! She relishes new experiences and working with boutique hotels and resorts. She’s always thinking about design and food… and where they’ll travel next!
