Adventures can be nice for a fresh perspective, and we were surprised at how true this was in Gjirocastër!
As a little excursion from our day-to-day life in Sarandë, we decided to ride a few hours away to spend a few days somewhere fresh and new. We were told that the town of Gjirocastër had special charm, ensconced in mountains and crowned with an impressive fortress. We decided to check it out.
Join us in a bit of a photo essay from our adventures around this interesting town that has been honored with an UNESCO World Heritage award.
