One fine morning, after an exhilarating and exhausting grownup sleepover, my lovely friend stretched, smiled, and exclaimed some magical words:
“It’s a new day!!!”
Her voice was playful, and filled with excitement — you know: like we sounded when we got presents as kids. We all loved her cheer. A new day is pretty exciting!
Nowadays, I often shout this cheer when I wake up. It’s fun, and highly recommended. :-)
